Sigma F-80 Flat Kabuki
Hiya everyone!
Hiya everyone!
Today I’m reviewing the Sigma F-80 Flat Kabuki. It is said to be one of the best brushes for blending in foundation
into the skin, giving you an airbrushed, flawless look. One can never stress
enough on the importance of good make-up brushes, and this belief just gets
strengthened when you use a good quality brush yourself, and realize how much
better it is than the ones you were using before actually discovering this new
product. Scroll down to know why I like the Sigma F-80 Flat Kabuki a LOT! Yes,
the verdict is out already, I love this brush! Read on!
About Sigma F-80 Flat Kabuki:
|
Packaging: The brush comes in a simple
envelope-like packaging. Since these need to be imported from the U.S., the
brushes come securely packed in cardboard boxes. No damages there.
My take on Sigma F-80 Flat Kabuki: Oh well,
where do I start raving about this brush? It is super soft to feel, does not
shed, does not drink up the foundation, and blends it into the skin like a
dream. The bristles are very densely packed, so the brush is quite sturdy in
terms of what happens to a brush when it comes in contact with the skin. Most
brushes’ bristles bend away, but nothing of that sort with this one. I mean,
what more do you want from a kabuki?
The brush has a fatty, medium-long black
handle, which makes it comfortable to grip.
I use this brush with the liquid
foundations or cream foundations, and use it to apply and blend the foundation.
It gives a non-streaky, flawless, air-brushed finish to the foundation. It is a Vegan brush (no animal hair), so it does not make one feel guilty too.
I have washed this brush quite a few times,
and it has never shed a single bristle. But when I wash it, I leave it to dry
over-night so that it completely dries on the inside, since it’s a very dense
brush. So I wash it in the evening, and it is ready to use again the next
morning.
The only down-side with Sigma brushes is
the fact that these are not available in India, so they need to be ordered
online. You need to pay shipping charges and customs duty, depending on where
you live. Order a bunch of brushes together so that you get good value for
money!
