The Body Shop has recently launched a few new products. Today I am going to share a few of these newbies along with some classic favorites from TBS. Keep reading to know which are these 5 products that I’m loving!
The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea Cleansing Hair Scrub
So this was my first experience with a hair scrub. I have used hair and scalp detoxifying products earlier but never a scalp scrub. The product lathers very lightly on the scalp but leaves the scalp feeling squeaky clean and free of any product buildup. It also does not leave my hair too dry, though I do use a conditioner afterwards as a rule. It is easy to use, and I use it about once a week to keep my hair free of any grime and product buildup. The green tea fragrance also soothes the senses, and leaves the scalp feeling minty fresh.

The Body Shop Tea Tree Anti-Imperfection Night Mask
The Body Shop Tea Tree range is already a favorite of mine, and this one is no exception. I do get an occasional breakout or two, and I’ve been using it during those phases only coz otherwise my skin has been behaving and I don’t feel the need to use this on my skin daily currently. If you have very oily, acne prone skin, you should use this daily. It is light in consistency, mattifies the skin and saves it from breakouts too!
Price: Rs. 1795 for 75mL.
The Body Shop Amazonian Saviour Multi-Purpose Balm
This has to be the most exciting of the lot. The product is 100% vegetarian and made with just 9 ingredients. It is a slightly oily balm (softens on contact with the skin) and glides on the skin smoothly. The best part is that this one product can be used in multiple ways- on dry/ rough parts of the skin like the heels, elbows, knees, cuticles, lips, etc. It can also be used to enhance and repair tattoos and blurs skin marks and stretch marks. This is the one product which you must definitely have in your kit.
Price: Rs. 1045 for 50mL.
The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea Body Butter
TBS does my favorite body butters of all times, and I definitely have at least 3 from them in my collection at any given time. One of my favorites (and my second tub) is the fuji green tea body butter. It is a light moisturiser and perfect for day-wear. It also has a great, soothing fragrance which I totally love! The Body Shop Almond Milk & Honey body butter
This body butter was quite a surprise to me in terms of the fragrance- I love the sweet nutty and honey-like fragrance and this body butter is great in moisturising the skin. Definitely something you’d want for the winters!
Price: Rs. 1295
The best part about being a fan of The Body Shop is that they are FAAT- Forever Against Animal Testing, they source products which are ethically produced and engage in community fair trade which benefits the under-priviledged people who actually grow the raw material. Also, a lot of their products are either completely vegan, or use a fair amount of vegan products. This way, you also have a feel-good factor when you buy TBS products.
