With the festive season around the corner, I’ve created this easy makeup look, starting with Rakhi/ Rakshabandhan or for any festive occasion. The look that I have created this time is an easy to do look with minimum number of products and makeup brushes. The eyes have been done with just two products, and there’s minimum focus on contouring etc., still giving you a very chic, presentable, festive look which can be done in under 10 minutes.
A few weeks back, I picked up the Clinique 3 step skincare regime for my skin after having read a lot of mixed reviews online. Some people love this regime, and some don’t, so I had to give it a try myself. As you can already note in the pics below, I am nearing the end of this trial kit that I purchased. I’ve been breaking out horribly at the moment because of change in weather here in Delhi, and since I was doing base makeup series on my YouTube channel, I thought why not show you guys how I correct and conceal acne- all the redness and swelling, and also how I take care of my skin on days when I am breaking out. Do take a look at the video below:
As committed last week, I’ll be doing new videos every Wednesday from now on. So the latest video went up on my channel yesterday (and looks like the blog posts get done only by Thursday 😛 ). One of my closest friends got engaged a few weeks back, and this is the makeup look I wore for the event. A lot of you guys requested for this, and your wish is my command!
How was the weekend for you all? Mine came and went! It is the wedding season here in India, and this weekend saw some of the biggest ‘auspicious dates’ for couples to get hitched, and hence all the jams everywhere! Thankfully, we had none to attend this weekend, so stayed in and had a super-relaxed weekend cozied up at home.
But hey, wedding season brings about days and days of wedding-style makeup for all the parties (and tonnes more for the brides), and having a reliable makeup remover at hand is equally important as the makeup itself. Let’s take a close look at the Clinique Take the Day Off Makeup Remover. I have already reviewed the Clinique Take the Day Off Makeup Remover BALM on the blog.
I got a bunch of new products recently… Sharing a few of them here with you guys..
First off, I’ve decided to add at least one luxury lipstick to my stash every month from now on. Lipsticks are my favorite makeup product, and I can’t have enough of them! I started by gifting myself a Chanel Rouge Allure in Exaltee this month.
Today I am going to share my current go-to makeup products, with the weather changing rapidly here in Delhi… It’s getting cold here, and I’ve moved on from matte skin-matte lips to glowing skin and slightly glossy lips these days.
So here are my winter makeup essentials, or my current go-to makeup routine:
I have very oily skin, and in winters too, it doesn’t tend to get dry.. So the main concerns are to achieve glowing skin, without getting oily. My T-zone tends to get oily before I even think about it, and I’ve been developing some pores around the nose of late…
